Denise M. Baranowski is a Wealth Manager at Brookstone Wealth Strategies. She combines her extensive experience in investment management, wealth management, retirement, and divorce planning areas with the global investment capabilities of her firm.

Denise is a graduate of Houghton College in New York with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management. She is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor with Brookstone Wealth Strategies. Denise holds her Series 6, 7, 31, 63, 65, and 66 licenses and is also licensed in life, health, disability, long-term care, and variable insurance and annuities.

Denise previously worked as a paralegal for several international law firms specializing in tax and estate planning, employee benefits, and corporate litigation and as a financial advisor for Sanford C. Bernstein, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley both in Chicago and in New York.

Denise co-founded the Suburban Chicago Planned Giving Council in 1995 and was a Board Member of The Chicago Council on Planned Giving. She was a member of the Advisory Committee for the New York Public Library and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. She also served as a member of the advisory councils for several organizations, including the State of Illinois Charitable Advisory Committee, the Lincoln Park Zoo, the Museum of Science and Industry, Roosevelt University, the United Way of Chicago, the American Cancer Society, WTTW, the Chicago Foundation for Women, and the DuPage Community Foundation.

She is a member of the Association of Divorce Financial Planners (ADFP), Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), the American Bankers Association (ABA), and the DuPage County Bar Association.
